hi!

I'm a PhD physicist and I do science education and outreach. I'm a science journalist and podcaster, and I've done some live webcasts too. I was recently a postdoctoral fellow at the Exploratorium Teacher Institute, where I ran professional development workshops for high school science teachers.

I am now a Science Teaching Fellow at the University of Colorado at Boulder, through their Science Education Initiative. We are reforming junior-level undergraduate courses to improve student learning. I'm doing research to assess the impact of our reforms

If you are looking to hire someone in science education/outreach in the next year or two, take a look at my resume and contact me!.
