Your letter is very timely for the planning we are currently doing for May.
Our project also utilizes the gifts of teachers and scientists but we need
more work in bridging the gaps.

We are hosting a two-day conference in May for doing just that and all the
information that you have about your workshops would be most helpful to our
own planning. We want to make it time worthwhile for everyone.
