A resouce we've found valuable is RISE www.nas.edu/rise

We are planning our 3rd community forum for April 1st to introduce
scientists & engineers to our systemic science education reform and their
possible roles. The alumni from the APS Lead-Scientists Institute are
planning and facilitating. We have invited scientists to sit in on our
wrkshops (ala Pasadena) and institutes for the past 3 years.
