LIBRARY ACCESS SERVICES MANAGER, MENLO COLLEGE Menlo College seeks qualified candidates for the position of Library Access Services Manager. Reporting to the Dean of Library Services, the Access Services Manager is responsible for circulation, course reserves, interlibrary loan, document delivery, and stacks maintenance. He or she will supervise the Library's student workers and may assist in other areas of library operations. This is a full-time, permanent paraprofessional position — one of three new positions designed to improve the Library's capabilities in the areas of access services, technical services, and systems. The work schedule allows considerable flexibility, although some evening and weekend hours may be required. The successful candidate will have three or more years of access services experience, including experience in circulation, reserves, and interlibrary loan. Supervisory experience and familiarity with INNOPAC/Millennium are strongly preferred. Knowledge of the academic library environment would be an asset. Menlo College is a private undergraduate college offering bachelor's degrees in management, mass communication, and the liberal arts.
