[Baynet] Reminder: BayNet annual meeting tomorrow with presentation on career improvement strategies

I'd like to remind everyone that BayNet's annual membership meeting is
tomorrow at 9:30 in San Francisco. The meeting is free and open to all
BayNet members. You can join at the meeting if you'd like to attend but
are not yet in BayNet. And remember, all library staff of institutional
members enjoy membership benefits.

Speaker: Dena Sneider from the Bay Area Career Center

 

Date: Wednesday, June 4 (that's tomorrow!)

Time: 9:30-11:30 am

Location: Children's Variety Preview Room, 582 Market Street, in the
Hobart Building (just steps away from Montgomery BART station). (Because

This year's speaker, Dena Sneider, has years of experience helping
professionals measure their career satisfaction, move up in their
fields, or move on to more satisfying dreams. You will learn skills in
career self-assessment and strategies in looking for work during an
economic slowdown. Her clients have included librarians, as well as
professionals in non-profits, international work, the film industry,
