[SLA-SF] Online English to Hebrew Translators?

Does anyone have any recommendations for online low cost services which
translate English to Hebrew?  Unfortunately we are on a very tight
budget and my patron wants something free (yeah right) or very low cost,
the estimates I've gotten from freelance translators in the area are too
high for our budget and the few free translation services I identified
don't have an English to Hebrew option.  We have a short 1600 word
document to translate.
 
Thanks in advance for any suggestions as this is way out of my normal
area of expertise!
 
I also must thank Ruth Pennington Paget for her excellent article in the
Jan/Feb issue of Bayline
http://www.sla.org/chapter/csfo/bayline/janfeb06.pdf which provided me
with great starting points for this, without that article this would
have been much more daunting!
