Dear Liz,
I, too, have been a longtime EOSi client and have been very pleased with
the longterm relationship. I am using the hosted EOS.Web library
modules. It is my understanding that our annual user fees cover the
upgrades, maintenance and use of the software. I think that is standard
with the hosted product, you didn't note what system you use.
I have been very satisfied with the product and with the client support
and services and have found the entire organization to be very
responsive.
This is not to say there have not been problems, but they are typically
resolved very quickly.
I would also expect your conversation with Tony Saadat to lead to a
satisfactory solution.
EOS supports its users strongly, providing a user group network and the
opportunity to influence development of the product through
enhancements.
I am pleased to serve as current chair of that group and work with both
EOS libraries and the EOS organization.
I would be happy to talk with you about my experiences with both the
products and the organization....and besides, it would give us
A chance to talk since I didn't see you at Baltimore.
Give me a call or let me know when is a good time to reach you. I
understand there is to be Winter Ball in Hawaii this offseason,
Liz...maybe I'll see you there!
Best,
Marlene
