The PubMed class will take place on Monday, June 5, 2006. This class is

designed to teach students how to use PubMed, a database that provides
access
to over 13 million journal article citations back to the 1950's. The
class also
includes an overview of the Medical Subject Headings (MeSH) and their
importance as tools to both searchers and indexers. This PubMed class
is free

The NLM Gateway & ClinicalTrials.gov class will take place on Tuesday,
June 6,

convey the basics of searching the NLM's TOXNET, a Web-based system of
databases in the areas of toxicology, environmental health, and related
subjects. Students learn the content and structure of files covering
toxicology
data, toxicology literature, toxic releases, and chemical searching and
nomenclature. Among the databases highlighted will be TOXLINE, the
Hazardous
