[SLA-SF] SLA-SF list is moving

We have begun the process of moving the SLA-SF discussion list from  
the Exploratorium server to the one at SLA Headquarters. This should  
go very smoothly, but there may be an unanticipated glitch or two. We  
are giving everyone fair warning and thanking you in advance for your
