Hi Deb,
I highly recommend the Ross McDonald Company. They are in Livermore and it's
a family run business. The grandfather and grandson did the installation.
Garen McDonald came out and did the measuring and astutely saw that I needed
deeper than normal shelves. I love the system. It allows a lot of storage in
a small space. Mine is not motorized and still moves easily. Contact is

Burlingame Public Library. I can't think of any disadvantages. My system was
purchased in 1999 so prices I'm sure have risen and it is small compared to
many -- 41 bookcases. I don't have the cost info handy I'd have to look it
up.
