Murray,

Red light does indeed have a longer wavegth than blue. If you are
talking REFRACTION, you are most correct. Blue would bend more than
red. However, If we are speaking DIFFRACTION, then the opposite is
true. Red is bent more than blue. Refraction is due to a speed
difference in the refracting medium and diffraction is an
interference effect. Two completely different animals. Thanks for
