I can highly recommend Vernier's Graphical Analysis as
a graphing program for all high school sciences.
It gives data, statistics and graph all in one
printable screen. It can import data from probes and
the price is very reasonable.
There are Mac and Windows versions and the Vernier
folks are very helpful!
