Good news, bad news:
The good heavy mass per mole gas is sulfur hexafluoride.
Balloons full of it feel like they are full of a liquid they are really heavy.
The bad news it is hard to get. i.e. expensive.
CO2 filled balloons are slightly heavier than air,it's much easier to get too.
