Rose Falanga and Deb Hunt will be facilitating an online Tapped In
session on Wednesday, November 1, 4-5:30 p.m. PST. The title is
ONLINE EDUCATION PERIODICALS: THEIR IMPACT ON K-12 INFORMATION
ENVIRONMENTS. Questions we will be exploring include:

--Why would an educator want to use online journals? What is the advantage
of the electronic version over the print version? Should one have both?
What about journals that are only available in electronic form?
--How do educators find out what's available online?
--How does the existence of online periodicals affect the relationship of
the classroom teacher to the school library? How does it change the
school librarian's role?
