Subject: conference presenters

Hello Pinholers,
Have you ever thought about presenting at a math/science conference to
share your great ideas with other teachers? The Council of Math/Science
Educators of San Mateo County's Annual Spring Conference is the perfect
place to give an informal presentation to your peers. This year's
conference will be Saturday, March 3 at Canada College in Redwood City.
Dr. Art Sussman will be the keynote speaker. Most of us from the Teacher
Institute will be presenting at this conference. If you are interested in
presenting either a math or science workshop (either 60 minutes or 90
minutes long), email me directly at <loril@exploratorium.edu> and include a
FAX number for me. Last year we needed more stuff at the 9 - 12
level....so you high school teachers are especially encouraged to present.
The deadline is next week, so let me know ASAP so I can FAX the information
to you.
Thanks,
Lori
