Subject: spring math and science conference

Hello Pinhole Friends,
It is that time of year again, time to register for the Council of Math and
Science Educators of San Mateo County Annual Spring Conference. The
conference will be on Saturday, March 3 at Canada College in Redwood City.
This one day conference features some of our favorite speakers: Paul
Doherty, Modesto Tamez, Eric Muller, Karen Kalumuck, and Don Rathjen. The
keynote speaker is Dr. Art Sussman, and all conference registrants will
receive copies of Art's new book: Guide to Planet Earth. For $45, you get
a continental breakfast, a decent lunch, the book, and a full day (8 am -
3:15 pm) of math and science workshops. Continuing Ed. credit is also
available. This conference is for math and science teachers grades K - 12.
I would be happy to send you a program and registration materials. Please
email me your name and mailing address. Feel free to call or email me if
you have questions.
See you there,
Lori
