Opportunity for Teacher Institute Alumni!

Inverness Research Associates (an evaluation group that has worked with
the Exploratorium for many years) is looking for 6-8 teachers of grades
4-12 who can review prototype exhibits at the Lawrence Hall of Science
in Berkeley for two hours on the afternoon of Saturday, March 10.

The prototypes are part of an exhibition called "Forces That Shape the
San Francisco Bay." When finished, this exhibition will be an outdoor
"interactive landscape" that demonstrates the forces that have made the
San Francisco Bay look the way it does today. Inverness Research needs
feedback from teachers on the appeal and educational value of the
exhibits to give to the designers.

Teachers who review exhibits will receive a $25 gift certificate to the
LHS gift shop as a token of appreciation for their help. The LHS is
also willing to offer up to two free admissions to the LHS on March 10
for those of you who need or want to bring family members (they will
need to be on their own as we work with you). If you’re interested,
please email Dawn Huntwork at Inverness Research
dhuntwork@inverness-research.org. Please do this as soon as possible
and no later than Tuesday, March 6.

Thank you very much!
