Subject: turbulent orb & Ivory soap

Hi Sally,

More about ingredients for the turbulent orb...Ivory soap sold in Canada
was still the same old formula, at least as of a few years ago. So if you
are planning a trip or have visitors coming from up there, you can import
it.

Given the possible inconvenience, the Costco soap or Softsoap are the best
alternatives because Shampoos tend to settle out much faster.

However, if you want to do experiments with heat convection, the costco
soap and the softsoap break down fairly quickly when they get even remotely
close to boiling. Alternatives are Pearlescent Tempura Paint, or you can go
commercial and buy a fancier and more expensive product made specifically
for the purpose of visuallizing flow patterns in fluids from Novostar at

Cheers,

Fred
