which include the weather-nut's dream - a "CURRENT NORTH PACIFIC SYNOPTIC CHART" at the link:

For technical weather tracking, this last one may be the humdinger! You might show them this chart at the beginning, just to startle them, then have them read it to you at the end to show them how much they've learned!
