Subject: - Learning Studio - week of January 13

A busy week.

Aside from the usual questions from teachers, visitors and museum staff the
Learning Studio staff did a variety of other chores.

This included checking in stacks of periodicals donated by staff members
who regularly bring in their science magazines when done with them, we
spend the money we save on other resources. Thanks go to those doners, even
when they take a few extra months to bring in their journals.

For some reason(s) we also handled a larger variety of equipment requests
this past week, including helping people set up projectors and more than
one type of tape player.

As for me I processed more paper than came into my in basket (always a good
thing) and added many more links to our web page directories. Most of the
new links added deal with the biological sciences and history.

Thanks must go to Ron Wong one of our volunteers who is helping me track
down resources to add to the pages, his initials appear at the bottom of
some of the pages.
