If we are talking balancing chemical equations I have used colored paper
dots from the local hole punch and a glue stick...makes it both visual and
hands on.... ex. blue is hydrogen, white is oxygen, if I start out with H2
and O2 and I want to make H2O what is left over??? what ratios do I have
to start out with to end up with equal numbers of atoms on both sides and no
atoms left out of molecules?
Good Luck, Heidi
