Cleaning spot plates

Subject: Cleaning spot plates

Does anyone have a good technique for cleaning spot plates, including
the ones w/ very small wells? A test tube brush doesn't work very
well because the bristles don't extend down at the tip of the brush.
I haven't found something else to quickly clean these.
