Alas, those pipette fillers can cleaned but not dried. I clean them by
sucking distilled water into the bottom hole as if I were filling a pipette.
Shake the bulb and expel the water out the bottom by sqeezing the bulb. Do
this several times and will have clean, wet interior. However drying the bulb
inside is next to impossible.
