On Octber 2, 2003 at 4:00 p.m. there will be a presentation on the
California Home Source Program, a new lease-purchase home ownership program.
This initiative enables Marin County residents and other Bay Area
individuals and families to achieve home ownership without having to make an
initial down payment or pay closing costs. You may attend the meeting at one
of three locations in north, central or southern Marin. RSVP to this meeting

California Home Source allows qualified residents to choose a home, lease it
from a non-profit entity created by the ABAG Finance Authority for Nonprofit
Corporations, then purchase the home and assume the mortgage at the end of
the lease term.
