I participated in the Exploratorium Physics Teacher Workshop a few summers
ago and currently live and teach in New York. Many of the large schools in
the city are being split into smaller ones. Start-up money is from the Gates
Foundation. I have been working on the plan for the school described below.
Please consider the opportunity! We are looking for innovative,
collaborative math and science teachers. If you know of teachers in other
disciplines who would be interested, please forward the message.

Best wishes,
Jhumki Basu

Join an exciting team of dedicated teachers starting a small Brooklyn school
centered around democracy. We're looking for math and science teachers
interested in being part of developing and opening the school. Email a brief
resume of interest to SDLJobs@hotmail.com for more details.
