Acid rain and vinegar have about the same pH, so you can use it straight.
Acid rain pH starts at about 5.0, so you can dilute commercial vinegar with water
until a pH of 5.0 is reached. Some acid rain has a pH of 3.0 or less which
means it is more acidic than vinegar.
