Subject: GEMS Life Through Time, Errors?

I heard a teacher say that the new GEMS guide, Life
Through Time, has significant errors. We were told
that a school district was so concerned that it
suggested it not be used. The concern was that the
history was inaccurate. (Perhaps they had humans at
the top of the evolutionary tree...just like those
humans to think that way.) Anyone heard of this? Got
