Hi Pinhole

You may not know this but Karen Mendelow's Mom is a great
science teacher mentor in New Jersey.

She cam by the Exploratorium booth at NSTA to tell us
about her work with teachers. And, of course, about Karen
Dave Ruby and Jasmine.

They are all doing well. Ruby and Jasmine are Karen's
daughters and, as you might expect, the proud Grandmother
has great tales about how smart her grand-daughters are.
We at TI know this since Ruby grew up in the TI offices.

Karen herself came by the TI offices a month ago to say hi
to us and to all of you TI teachers.
