WHAT? $2 Million In Grants and Scholarships To Teachers!

BP just launched "A+ for Energy," an educational grant program for
California teachers that will reward educators for identifying creative
projects or lesson plans that incorporate energy education and/or
energy
conservation in their classroom. BP will award up to $2 million in
grants and scholarships to K-12 California teachers to fund innovative
classroom, after-school, extra curricular or summer activities focused
on energy education and/or energy conservation. Grants will be awarded
directly to teachers in the amounts of $5,000 or $10,000.

WHO? All K-12 California teachers are encouraged to apply. Individual
and group submissions will be accepted.

HOW? Fill Out An Application Today!

The application can be reviewed and downloaded at
www.aplusforenergy.com. Submit your application to BP online or via
mail by June 30, 2004! If you have any questions give BP a call at

Students are keenly interested in the environment and what they can do
