I would add.

Be sure your anti-virus software has the current anti-virus definition files installed.

This means anti-virus definition files less than a month old.

See your anti-virus software manual for instructions, or if at work check with your 'puter techs.

Some viruses will infect PCs and send spam from them using an address in the PCs email address book.

Hello Pinholers,
Some body or some thing has gotten our email address....we're getting
spammed.
We will be looking into this situation.

Take these precautions:
Don't open emails that are from PINHOLE- spelled in capitals
and don't open messages from pinhole that have attachments....we don't send
attachments through our listservice!

Carefully yours,
Eric Muller
