Subject: focus group

Dear Teachers,
The Exploratorium's Public Programs Department is attempting to learn
more about the museum perceptions of Latino and Chinese parents and
caregivers in order to better understand how family attendance and
museum participation from these communities can be increased. We are
conducting focus groups in the next 2 weeks and will offer a stipend
of $40. If you know of any eligible parents, please encourage them
to sign up and share their suggestions.
   Additional criteria for participants include the following:
  SF residents, Latino or Chinese parents/caregivers who have or take
care of children 6-16yrs old,; English fluency;
  don't visit museums at all or visit museums less than twice a year

on Wednesday, 9/29, 6-7:30pm, Saturday, 10/2, 12-1:30pm and another
tbd in October

Groups which will be held on Tues. 9/28 6:30-8pm, Thurs. 9/30,
6:30-8pm and another tbd in October.
