Hi Jen,
Ionization means an atom or group of atoms gains or loses an electron(s) and
has an electric charge. However, dissociation can occur withot ionization. For
example, a nitrogen molecule (N2) can dissociate into two nitrogen atoms
which have no electric charge. Any help?
