There's a recipe in there. The issue is being able to "read" the
information sent to you.
I remembered one other suggestion I've heard: save what you want to send
(this would be for the recipe owner!) in a readable text format called RTF.
When you save your document, choose the "Save As" command, and look for
the section on format. You should be able to save your documents in a
format called RTF, Readable Text File. This format is supposed to be for
interchange for text. Then, most word processing programs should be able
to translate it.
