My classes have done the gluestick sunset. It works well. You must use
the clear gluesticks and a strong flashlight with a narrow beam. The light
energy must be directed through the narrow diameter gluesticks. The more
gluesticks you use in a row, the more blue that will be eliminated from the beam
(scattered through the sides and you can visibly see that) and the stronger the
red sunset effect.
