Here is a great place to get math worksheets for k-8th grade and beyond.

The site description:
The goal of this web site is to help grade school children improve their
math problem-solving skills. This site started out as only
a few pages, but it has grown to hundreds of pages with over 2,000 math
word problems for children to enjoy!

The website creator, Ashok Bansal, started writing word problems for his
own two children who attend public schools. He combines some of the
problems with familiar children's stories as well as including critial
thinking and algebraic problems. He has a master's in physics and
electrical engineering.

Even though it is geared to k-8, I found the algebra problems a good
review
for high schoolers and "math rusty" adults like me!
