Each force has something that it pulls on.
Electric forces act on charge,
gravitational forces act on mass
The force is actually the product of the charges on the two objects or the
product of the masses.
The more charge, the larger the electric force
the more mass, the larger the gravitational force.
The model we have for forces is that charges exchange virtual photons to create
the force, electric force, more charge means more virtual photons means more
force.
Mass exchanges gravitons.
