At the SF Waste Water Management Facility Plant on Ocean Beach, the
"flatulence" of bacteria processing waste products is routinely ignited to
heat air and water systems.

A report, several years ago, in the SF Examiner, stated that some scientists
believe that the dinosaurs actually (a direct quote) "farted themselves to
extinction."

Methane is trapped and stored by ranchers with large numbers of cattle.

Excess cattle methane has been blamed to be more offensive and destructive
than California auto emissions.

All the above is simply a sieved result of personal experience, news and
scientific conjecture.
