Subject: homemade "ice-pack" recipe?

Hey Pinholers,
Anyone remember, or can find, the instructions to make a homemade
"ice-pack" out of diapers and some other substance like anti-freeze? I
attended the workshop a couple of years ago and don't know where I might
have filed the instructions.
