Hi Gail

I use table salt instead of flour. It makes better craters.
I simply drop a 1 cm diameter ball bearing or lead fishing weight about a meter
into a 10 cm deep layer of salt covered with a dusting of chocolate powder.

I use plant trays to hold the salt.
