Jennie,

Depends on what you have and what you're after. If you have luminol, the Shakhashiri book (Chemical Demonstrations, Vol 1) has some interesting things to do. Most of the other demos in there have materials that should probably not be used in a typical classroom. We do a quick demo of the temperature dependence of the lightsticks by activating two of them and putting one in warm water and the other in an ice/salt bath and turning out the lights.
