I have two questions:

1) Does anyone know or have a design for building a rubber band hotwheel's launcher? I'm sure that I've seen one that was designed by Don Rathjen.

2) Is there a site of such handouts from saturday workshops? I know where snacks can be found, but this is somewhat different than a published snack.
