Hi Aaron -- The old Radio Shack number for the neon lamps that I used was
272-1102. But a previous Pinhole inquiry also brought out that Radio Shack
doesn't seem to deal with these any more. I looked in a current Mouser Electronics
catalog (#616 -- Nov 03-Jan 04), and on p. 88 there are a bunch of neon lamps.
The one that looked right seemed to be #606-C2A -- type NE-2H, lamp size T-2,
current 1.9mA, volts 95/135. All these specs, as well as the shape and size,
pretty well correspond to the Radio Shack counterpart. Mouser price was $0.42
per lamp, ,$0.36/10, $0.35/100. Mouser phone is 800-346-6873, web is
