Subject: Growing Mushrooms?

Hello again,

Does anyone have experience growing mushrooms with students or something that
explains how to do it? There are lots of mushroom kits available but I'd like
a cheaper, larger scale operation for class. Also, the kits are preinocculated
packages and it would much cooler to innoculate our own substrates.
