does anyone know the details of the reaction with baking soda and water and
why it gets cold? is it endothermic or exothermic? i just read one source
that said it is exothermic, and it gets cold because of evaporative cooling
of CO2 (an eventual product of the reaction). Is this true?
thank you!!!
jennie
