teacher for Oakland Hebrew Day School.

Job Description: Oakland Hebrew Day School is a modern Orthodox
Jewish K-8 co-ed day school located in a brand new campus in
Oakland,California. We are currently searching for a full time
qualified, dynamic, and experienced middle school (grades 6-8) Math
and Science teacher. Small class sizes help ensure an environment of
differentiated instruction and meaningful, positive student/teacher
relationships. OHDS is dedicated to establishing a healthy learning
community where faculty development, culture, and evaluation is
highly prioritized. Curricular knowledge around Earth, Life, and
Physical Science and 6th Grade Math, pre-Algebra, Algebra, and
Geometry are critical. We look to the teacher to help set academic
goals for each of the students and help advance and define the
school's curicullum. Salary range between $35,000 and $50,000 (+
health/dental benefits) and is to be determined based on candidate's
