Ok Folks,
It's that time of the year.
We're gonna have several dozen new people on pinhole in the next few weeks.
To make sure that the system works efficiently, please read the following-
FORMAT:
If you have the option, send your pinhole message in "PLAIN TEXT
FORMAT" only. This will get rid of some of those weird looking coded
messages.
Hundreds of people will see your original message plus stuff like this:
We don't want this to show up:

Content-Type: text/html;

RESPONDING:
When you reply, erase all other messages. Only submit your response.
This will help reduce the length of your messages (please see my next
email)
Hundreds of folk are on digest mode. By not erasing the original
message, you have at least doubled the message length.
SUBJECT:
Under the subject: write a subject (i.e. Subject: Goober Science).
DON'T leave it as re: Pinhole Digest #401. All messages are archived
and this will help them get filed in their appropriate location. This
also helps people figure out which message to read.
If you are responding to a previous message - write the subject as
RE:Goober Science.
It should be RE: (in CAPITALS)(SPACE) subject title (Write this name
exactly as the original
