Have you seen "Coordinated Science 1 and 2', a two
book series suitable for the first two years of
science, typically with followed by a third year for
UC approval. There is also a Teacher Resource Guide.
It is published by Cambridge University Press, and to
declare interest, i did edit the series.
The key, as in any course, is staff who are confident
and qualified, in this case across all the sciences.
