hope that you had a super weekend.
Alas, I haven't come up with anything else that you could do quickly
for enzymes, without having to purchase specific chemicals. The only
other thing that comes to mind is making jello with fresh pineapple
-- how the papain in the pineapple won't allow the jello to set,
because the enzyme breaks down the gelatin protein fibers. Making
gelatin with canned pineapple sets, because the enzyme has been
destroyed by heat.
