I have not bought a new dishwasher, but the best lab set up I ever
worked in had extra dishwasher trays so glassware was stored in the
tray. (The cabinets were actually made to receive the dishwasher trays
as the shelves.) When students finished rinsing the glassware they put
it directly into the tray to be washed. Minimum teacher hanling
required.
