Subject: fair use act expanded

Hi Pinholers

The fair use act has been updated to deal with modern instruction over
electronic media. For example classes offered at distant sites.

It allows use of photos and portions of movies and musical performances
during the course of instruction transmitted over the internet. With some
restrictions.
